CHALLENGE

Birmingham City FC’s third kit needed a launch as bold and electrifying as the kit itself. Tasked with crafting a unique and compelling visual story, we set out to position BCFC as the new light in the city, a beacon of energy, identity, and transformation. The kit’s vibrant crimson accents and futuristic design called for a reveal that was playful, cinematic, and stylish, blending the spirit of street culture with high-energy visuals.With a nod to Stranger Things, we set out to create a visually striking, immersive experience, using neon pops, pulsating crimson, and smoky atmospheres to craft a campaign that felt otherworldly yet deeply connected to the city’s streets

OUTCOME

We crafted a dynamic, first-person journey using a custom POV camera rig mounted to a biker’s helmet, requiring both technical expertise and footballing skill. This immersive perspective threw the audience into the action, making every drill, sprint, and challenge feel real. The video opened outside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where a fan received a surprise message from Micky van de Ven, announcing they had won the Monster Energy Ultimate Experience. Instantly, they were propelled into the high-intensity world of a pro footballer, training with Spurs players, hitting the pitch, and pushing through elite drills. Seamless transitions and bold visuals fused Monster Energy’s adrenaline-fueled style with Tottenham’s elite professionalism, creating an unforgettable campaign.
